• We offer a 14-day Return & Refund policy for our Shared Web Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will only be processed if a valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided and verified by our support team.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Registered Domains

• Registered Domains are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

3. Dedicated Servers & Cloud Servers

• Dedicated Servers and Cloud Servers are non-refundable. Once the service is provisioned, no refund will be issued.

4. Other Services

• All other services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, and additional hosting services, are non-refundable.
• These services are customized and tailored to your specific needs, and therefore, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Digital Products

• All digital products sold on our platform are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once they are delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

6. General Terms

• Refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within the specified time frame.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Any refund requests made outside of the stipulated return periods will not be entertained.
